Very good location. I was told when I made the reservation that it included breakfast for two during my stay. The restaurant was closed for renovation? And they didn’t informed me until we got there.

drug and homeless sleeping in entrance, noisey, smoke in room, staff and management refuse to answer complaints, rooms in state of repair windows not air tight, heating noisey they do not reply to travel agents either.

It was a nice, clean room, small (but that's expected in New York). Great housekeeping. No restaurant/food options inside hotel. Very close to Times Square - cannot beat this location. Very good value for the money.

The location was perfect. Time Square and the theatre were all very close. The shower took forever to get the water hot and the sink clogged while washing hands...but everything else was very nice.
