Hotel and staff were great! My only gripe is that there was a $30/night facility fee that I was not notified of prior to my booking via Expedia. Not a huge deal, but I probably would have found somewhere else if I had known better.

Staff here are phenomenal! Super-friendly and helpful. They go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. The hotel is a short walk to the train station and the location is good for most mid-town attractions. Hotel restaurant/bar is also very good.

The hotel was small but what do you expect in midtown Manhattan. It was very kept up and clean. The shower was the best I ever experienced. Staff were really cool and location an A . I left my laptop when checking out and they immediately called me and prepped to ship it to me back in Canada. I got it back thankfully:)
