We stayed here for the weekend. The staff was awesome. The onsite restaurant and the bar were great. Walking distance to Penn Station made transportation super convenient. Would stay here again.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. I felt very safe in the hotel. Did not care for the stiff resort fees, but that’s not unique to Kimpton. Restaurant at hotel is excellent.

This hotel is excellent location for getting to Times Square, MSG, and shopping. The hotel has its own restaurant and bar, and entertainment. The hotel staff are extremely helpful and there is security not so obviously present that secures the premises. This is our 5th stay!
