The staff at check in was great, but the housekeeper did not do a well. I was staying in room 1805 and 1807 for 3 nights but the sheets were never changed. For the price that I paid, I would definitely ask the hotel to serve the guest better.

The property is worth what we payed i really liked the place iwill always go to crown plaza. I regret the first night at Holiday inn express it was horrible night i will never forget.

This property was just okay. It was nice to be able to check in early. The ac in our room never got cold..it was set at 73 on arrival..put it down to 65..left for about 5hours and it actually went up to 74. Took about a whole 24hrs for it to get below 70. And it still didn’t feel cold. Was hair in the shower. My parents room smelled of cigarettes so they had to come ozone the room to get rid of it. Which did work..but their room as well just was not very cold and was musty. Location was good if your looking to stay in time square..just be prepared to be haggled as soon as you exit. Personally would not stay here again..I’ve stayed in many nice hotels in the city and this is the first one I wouldn’t stay again.

The hotel was clean and convenient to time square. The staff were the only problem. A older Caribbean woman was rude and entitled, another house keeping woman came into my room while I was asleep before checkout time. That was very rude. The sense of entitlement is crazy to me

1. They cancelled my reservation although I called a day before to confirm 2. The bathroom had tissue in the toilet and hair on the floor 3. The room had dried food on the floor 4. There was no towels in the room 5. Internet was not working 6. TV was not working
