Can’t beat this hotel for price & convenience in Manhattan. We had college age kids and needed 2 rooms—we had a spacious corner room on a high floor with a connecting room for the kids giving us river & Times Square views. The bar is great, wonderful bartender order a French 75. Disappointing no on site restaurant but that will change soon I understand. Hotel arranged car service for us which was nice. Beware lots of student groups in this hotel but in our case a very well behaved and well dressed group of Italian students! Love NY❤️

Crown Plaza NYC location was great but the hotel did not have amenities that were advertised on the website. When we asked at the front desk we were told they have not reopened these offerings since Covid (fitness center, indoor pool, restaurant in hotel, and the grab & go offering had reduced hours only until 2:30pm) The air conditioning in our room did not work for our entire stay so they added & a fan & never offered to move us to a new room or anything for this inconvenience. Refrigerator wasn’t included in base price of room. This was not the quality hotel we expected based on what was advertised and the price we paid. This was our first visit to NYC & selected this hotel due to proximity. We would not recommend & will not stay at Crowne Plaza in NYC again.

Great location and great view of Times Square. Did not get the room that I reserved, I was going to have to wait a "long time", it what I was told, so went with another room. Lots of groups with teenagers, lots of noise. Enjoyed our stay regardless.
