Excellent staff- friendly and attentive. Very clean and quiet. Great breakfast included which is a rare find in NYC! Provided a walking tour of the area which was a fun way to learn about the history of the area as well as the hotel.

The room felt very European in size and decor. Very compact, and functional. Loved the heated bathroom floor. The free grab and go breakfast could have been a bit better. Very minimal selection. One of the elevators was down a few times during the stay, which just caused a longer than desired wait. Overall, a nice hotel, in a very convenient location, contributed to a wonderful NYC vacation.

Enjoyed the location, complimentary wine hours, grab n go breakfasts, style of the hotel and decor, all the staff super friendly and helpful. Could have used more toiletries being replenished when the room was cleaned as sometimes they were not. One night a group of drunk guests partied in the hall outside our room causing a disturbance for 30mins and we had to call down to the front desk to ask them to go to their room.

Loved the boutique feel of this hotel. Very safe. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Loved the coffee shop on the first floor with delicious pastries/parfaits. Loved having the bar on site as well. Highly recommend. Would stay there again.
