"The property was a bit farther away from activities such as beach golf courses than I expected and I had trouble finding it upon arrival in the area. The accommodation was adequate and had most everything that was advertised. The only real issue was the on demand hot water system, it was temperamental to say the least. It worked fine for washing dishes but when having a shower the warm water would only be on for a minute then would disappear. Javier was quick to respond to any of my texts and...

"Mezcales is starting to develop. This building is surrounded by a mix of condos/residences and old Mexico neighborhoods. You get a mix of newer Mexico and old Mexico. The building is secure and gated and private. There is a very good restaurant close by within walking distance. The owner is very attentive to ensure you have a positive stay."

"This is noticeable an old hotel and not-well maintained. The location is really not that great but the biggest problem is that there is a lot of going on in the hotel at any point of time, too noisy. the walls wont stop any noise, very difficult to sleep. The receptionist Lili, NOT so friendly, wont resolve any issues. They charge you extra for the use of credit card, WHERE CLEARLY in Mexico that is the establishment's responsibility to take. I think I wont stay in this hotel ever."

"This is strictly a rental property with no fancy touches. The TVs didn’t work when we got there, they did fix them a week later but were hung from the ceiling so it was hard to watch and very grainy. The “couch” when we got there was a futon bed frame with a lumpy mess of foam, very disgusting. They did bring a new one in a week later though. The BBQ was filthy but when I mentioned it she had someone come over and clean it. It should be thrown out along with a lot of other junk in the back area....
