They said there was no key and did not offer any assistance to help Still no communication with the host more that an hour had past....

"The balcony and its view are what make this condo amazing!! Playa Royale is a great complex! The restaurant has great, well priced food and drink. The pool is a great temperature (just an FYI you do not have access to the poop directly in front of the unit but that’s ok because the large pool is way better and open later! There are numerous restaurants that are a short walk away and the grocery store in the mall is a must have. Thanks for the great stay!"

The only negative issue was that the host had to enter the condo twice looking for paperwork for the owner and I found that to be strange that it couldn’t wait until we checked out.
