Property was clean. Very basic room. Upgrade to ocean front/view for sure. Front desk staff and male security kind. The female security guard was intrusive and did not appear to like people. There is a long lost of rules once you check in. Absolutely no eating any food or beverages of any kind on the hotel premises only in your room unless you purchase food or beverages from them then you can. You can't even sit in lobby...and the female security will threaten police. THIS made me feel unwelcome and I will never book again. Zero fun here way too intrusive. Better to go elsewhere.

The resort is beautiful, the service was outstanding, the FOOD and DRINKS were amazing, every meal was excellent. If you plan to stay at the resort all day the all inclusive is a must. My only complaint was the restrictions on how to use your resort credits, it was impossible to use, so call the resort and ask because Expedia doesn’t give you that information

We have a large suite with a fridge, it was clean and spacious. It was on the first floor, pool and ocean view. Note : your view is a bit obscured through the security fence. Check in was smooth and quick , We were given our room hours earlier than check in time , which we truly appreciated. Breakfast was wonderful, included scrambled eggs, pancakes, fruits etc. There is ALOT of construction noise right now. Ubers and taxis can’t drop at the hotel , it’s approximately a short block away for drop off.

The place was nice when we arrived. There was an issue with our room. We did not have electric electricity for about two hours when we arrived. We arrived there at 4 PM and the power was out due to some construction and it was not back on till 6 PM. The staff was pretty good they would follow up. The only thing that I disliked was the pushy sales tactics regarding a presentation that takes about two hours with a breakfast and they try to throw in some perks like a discounted massage. You have to be plain and just tell them no unless you are interested in the presentation besides that the hotel was in good shape. It was very clean. The butler was very good. He would reach out to me a couple times per day. Also, our Jacuzzi was not working for about a day. I did contact them about that and they did send somebody to fix it. It was pretty fast, but I’ve stayed at many five star resorts and never experienced anything like this with the no electricity and then the Jacuzzi not working, but besides that the place is definitely good but I would go back and maybe try another one. The sister resort is maybe a five minute trolley ride and you can see the ocean or be in the ocean, but the beach there is not very nice. It has a lot of rocks.

We booked a room with an ocean view, which was just spectacular. Our last night we had a full moon and the light shining on the bay was so beautiful from our window. All the staff we encountered were so friendly and helpful. Parking was available and secure.
