"Staff was very attentive to our needs the amenities were excellent. The special restaurants to reserve was excellent. Their buffet has suffered since the last time I was there I give it a 3 out of 5. But their staff at their buffet were really friendly. The only problem that I had was a bartender did not want to serve me a drink because the bottle wasn’t open which seemed senseless."

"The hotel itself is fantastic. The rooms are beautiful and well maintained, the amenities including the gym and spa are both outstanding. Carlos who provided service by the beach was incredible. However, most things were 85% done correctly meaning everything was kind of off. The butler service was lacking. They offered reservations for dining and golf that they later could not fulfill including a room service order that came an hour late. Orders at breakfast were slightly wrong. When alerted of this, the staff (especially Fatima and Giovanni) did their best to make it right, but it did have us saying they need to make changes to get guests to return to the property."

"Beautiful place and beautiful beach! The hotel is amazing, and most of the food was great. The only restaurant that wasn’t the best was Spice Market, but all the other restaurants were excellent. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!"

"First Visit, Already Home My daughter and I stayed at the Four Seasons Punta Mita for the first time, and our experience was absolutely wonderful. From the incredible pool and beautiful surroundings to the impeccable cleanliness and exceptional staff, everything was truly amazing. What stood out most was how welcomed and comfortable we felt throughout our stay. It genuinely felt like a home away from home. We loved every minute of our visit and will definitely be back soon!"

"What a gorgeous property and an attentive staff! This place was perfect for a large family vacation - it had amenities and comfort for everyone ranging in age from 7 to 70 plus. The pool was gorgeous and well maintained. All beds very comfortable and gorgeous with HUGE and modern bathrooms, many with walk-through and outdoor showers. The common areas were comfortable and everything was well taken care of and our kids loved the media room that was virtually wall-to-wall sofas. But what really made this place stand out was the spectacular staff. Huge shoutouts to Caro the concierge who helped us plan and coordinate every little detail (even some changes of plans), Sayed (sp?) our chef who prepared everything from 5-star meals to chicken tenders for the kiddos impeccably, and Nono our bartender who made every moment special and a great margarita (or 100s). And of course attentive housekeepers, sous chef and maintenance man. All together, they made this a very special and worry-free experience."
