Service journalier aux chambres excellent. Personnel en général très serviable. Nous avons acceptés que l'hotel s'occupe de notre transport vers l hotel à notre arrivée pour $50US. on devait avoir quelqu'un pour nous y recevoir. Il n'y avait personne et lorsque que l'on s'est présenté au comtoir de ce transport, il a fallu attendre plus de 30 minutes pour qu'ils trouvent notre dossier. De plus, il n'en coute que $25US pour avoir un transport identique avec taxi régulier. Le service de serviette de plage est au top. La robinetterie du bain est peu étanche (vieillotte). Les restos toutefois sont très bons et belle variété. Cependant le système de réservation au quotidien est désuet…le resort tente de vendre leur application de réservation qui n’a pas fonctionné pour nous de la semaine. Ainsi, il fallait faire la file à 7:30 ! En terminant je me suis fait voler 3 fois pendant mon séjour de 7 jrs ( sac de plage avec contenu, bouteille d’eau de métal et mon parfum). Clairement un ou qq membres du personnel qui vole 😏 Mon parfum a été la goutte qui m’a fait déborder / vol dans ma chambre! Selon le gestionnaire de clientèle, c’est très rare. Toutefois à la fin de notre séjour, nous nous sommes rendus compte que plusieurs clients avaient été aussi victimes de vols! Malheureusement mauvaise expérience dans ce resort et services à la clientèle après les vols/ ordinaire…aucune compensation d’une certaine façon pour te démontrer que le client est important pour eux!"
