"The resort was beautiful, clean, and welcoming. It had it all including a beach, two large warm pools, gym, game room and a dining option. It was also next to a Tortugero. Room was nice, clean and comfortable. There was an issue with the plumbing that was acknowledged, addressed but never fixed (master bathroom shower only had hot water). "The location is great. It’s right in the middle of everything that’s happening. Caution for people who are sensitive to sound because there is a bar nearby that plays live music. There are earplugs provided. My suggestion would be not use the earplugs at all and go down and watch the live music because the bands that they’ve had since I have been here are awesome. Thank you John and Sofia for being such wonderful hosts!!"

"The complex was lovely, well maintained and well planned, with every balcony having an ocean view. There was construction going on, but fortunately they didn’t usually start before 8:00 and we are early risers, so it wasn’t a problem. The neighbourhood is beautiful, but we did find it a bit out of the way. Most restaurants required at least two buses or a taxi, but groceries were only a 15 minute walk down the road. The balconies were large but one of the balcony doors was difficult to open....

Delta Hotels by Marriott Riviera Nayarit, An All-Inclusive Resort

10/10 Excellent

"Awesome property and being up in the hills and the jungle, it definitely has a different vibe than some of the other resorts around PV along the coast. It’s very close to Bucerías, but is a bit of a hike from PV (about 40mins). Feels much more immersive with nature. Only downside is it’s a huge resort and a lot of walking, unless you wait for the shuttles, which do some pretty frequently. Staff are friendly and helpful, would stay here again!"

"The staff was great and the rooms were nice! We had the rooftop pool with our room which had an amazing view! The first two days in our room, the AC was not functioning properly and had to call multiple times to get repaired before requesting to move to another room. The food was very good! The main restaurant changed the menu every night which was nice. The other restaurants at this restaurant were outdoors, which is tough during the hot and humid times in Mexico. The other restaurants are at the sister resort that you need reservations for a couple for if you are staying at marival distinct, but the other resort does not and they have priority. We made a reservation for an evening at the sister resort and we were told 6pm was the only opening and we were the only ones in the restaurant for the first 30 minutes, so not sure why that was given to us as our only option. Also, room service was included, but they do charge 10% for delivery fees for your orders. It’s typically only a couple of dollars, but found that out at check in. All of the night activities were at the sister resort as well. The sister resort also had more pool activities and the water slide for kids. All in all it was a nice resort, but I felt like the food options and activities were limited if you were staying at the distinct resort and there were more options at the sister resort right down the road."

"We booked the Bon Hotel for our 20th anniversary celebration at Vidanta. We were upgraded to their Estates section of property and were highly impressive with the staff, the accommodation, amenities, and the grounds! Everything was topped notched! We ate at several restaurants, our favorite being Quinto, played golf at the PGA course, and enjoyed many pools day taking in the beautiful scenery! We can’t wait to plan a trip back."
