"The location is great. It’s right in the middle of everything that’s happening. Caution for people who are sensitive to sound because there is a bar nearby that plays live music. There are earplugs provided. My suggestion would be not use the earplugs at all and go down and watch the live music because the bands that they’ve had since I have been here are awesome. Thank you John and Sofia for being such wonderful hosts!!"

"We had a wonderful week in Sayulita and enjoyed coming home to this place after the day’s activities. We used the outdoor kitchen daily for our breakfast and the AC kept the room nice and cool. If you are noise sensitive, I would recommend bringing some ear plugs, as the street can be noisy at times (I believe there is construction going on in the area st the time of our stay). "Staff were very friendly and attentive. Room was clean, and stayed fairly cool from the AC. The food at the restaurant and buffet were good, and "Mexican night" was authentic. Our only comment is that the door to room could have been more secure, and airtight (there was a fairly large area of light coming through the bottom corner of rhe door. There was a security latch, and a push button on the door knob. Room was accessed by a key.)"

"I love all the open areas to relax and see the sites. The amount of pools. The various room option. Food and bar options. Entertainment. Things that were difficult: navigating the property and sometimes encountering staff that only spoke Spanish (I’m not fluent), there was an obvious leak on the 4th floor of Secrets and mold smell, offer a map or tell guests about the Hyatt international app to try to help get around. Room service was great."

"Everyone was very kind, food was good. Atmosphere great with the locals but the only thing I have to complain is how outdated the resort looks compared to the pictures online. Online everything looks amazing and new and thats not the case also the room air conditioning was horrible first night room was so hot even after we called to have someone fix it, we also asked the next day we were told someone would come up and no one ever did."
