The staff were always willing to go the extra mile to ensure a comfortable stay The location, view, amenities, activities (ask for Victor’s sessions) specific stunning pool, incredibly comfortable beds, friendly and helpful staff was I especially enjoyed -thank you (Sandra/concierge) (Jesus, Ana, Reyna -spa- Eduardo, Luz (buffet) the relaxing spa treatments (ask for Reyna).
