"We weren’t told how bad the road to enter was. Dirt, broken cobblestones, large mud puddles and deep ruts. Most places room for only one car. Took 20 minutes to go 2 miles. Wi-Fi is always going out so if someone wants to work, good luck. We were told someone would meet us at the gate. When we finally got to the gate it was deserted. Could not get a call to go through. Finally a car approached and led us to the resort which was a ways down. We, of course, had no idea it was there. Very poor...

"we stayed at this amazing property for our honeymoon. Delores was very helpful at check in, all the staff asked, "do you need anything?" They left a bag of coffee in our room that they roasted on site! Left us a fruit basket! The kitchen had everything we needed! "Jeff went above and beyond to ensure we had a nice stay. He took us grocery shopping, brought us to the craft market, and even helped us make pizzas in the outdoor oven! The bedrooms are large and the grounds are lovely. The walk into town and/or the beach is a bit of a poke if you’re hauling things—about 10 minutes. Great view from the pool and outdoor kitchen!"

"We stayed at the Robert’s San Pancho home with friends and two younger children. The home was spacious, well kept and had stunning ocean and sunset views. Marie-Eve, the concierge was delightful to work with and quite helpful. We arranged a chef for several nights and took advantage of the team the Robert’s have put together in San Pancho. Cleaning folks came every other day and were thorough and quite pleasant. I recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in the San Pancho area."

"We planned a last minute trip to San Pancho and were lucky enough to find this property available. It was spacious, clean, private and away from the hustle and bustle of the main streets but close enough to walk to town and the beach. Vicky and Bob were responsive to our questions. The highlight of our trip was when Bob told us there would be a turtle release on the beach close to the house. Such a special experience! We would definitely choose to stay here again."

"We arrived and I was completely taken aback. The views are everything I had hoped they would be. I like to call this the inside-out house. All your best living is outside. The bedrooms were very spacious, the beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were large and scenic! We had daily house care from Luz. She was amazing, we even had her cook for us one night. "This villa is a dream come true. We loved the clean and comfortable rooms, we swam a lot in both the lap pool and family pool, and loved the local home cooking from housekeeper Maria. And don't forget your binoculars if you’re a birder, theres dozens of specues right on the grounds, plus a beach and estuary. Really an amazing place. And great communication with the owner John."
