"I can’t say enough about this property and the staff. They were not only amazing but very attentive, helpful and most of all thoughtful. I was celebrating my 6 year anniversary with my partner and they surprised us with a cake in our room. We were both so excited and appreciated their thoughtfulness. "Me and my wife stayed in the penthouse for 10 days, The minute we got to the resort we were instantly treated like we were famous. The people go above and beyond, Room was absolutely stunning, the food was impeccable, Everyone was over the top helpful and nice. Whenever we were at the restaurant they constantly made sure we were okay every 2 minutes refills and happy with our food or drinks. This resort is worth every single penny! The concierge desk had probably the best service and most friendly I’ve ever had ever going on vacations. Ameilio & Julio were amazing I highly highly recommend this resort! "

"My family and I have been a fan of the town of Sayulita Mexico for some time and this hotel’s vibe fits in perfectly with the town. It is right next to the seller’s market and within walking distance from the town center. If you like the laid-back bohemian lifestyle, you’re in the right place. If you’re expecting an expensive hotel-type stay, versus what feels like a small community, then you’re in the wrong place. They even have golf cart rental which is pertinent here. When we were ready to return home, they called us a taxi, and the prices were already arranged, as well as scheduled a doctor to come to administer COVID tests to re-enter the US. The results of which were texted to me within an hour via PDFs, which I then uploaded to my Airline Carrier to check in. A one-stop place where the jungle meets the Pacific. "

"The place was very clean and close to all the shops for buying souvenirs. Free full breakfast every morning. Hotel has tours you can book from there. There is day and night time tour bus of the city right in front of the hotel you can take. The night time one was so much fun. "
