The staff are the friendliest and most helpful I have ever experienced in a lifetime of travels. The resort was very clean and well kept. The location is convenient for reaching most of the island to sight see, shop, and go to venues for events. It is true the west side resorts would probably get a little more sun, but you can only be out in the sun so much, and those ones (Ko Olina) are quite remote from the other things I mentioned. The beach is safe and fairly private. The water is well...

The property is situated a walk away from the main part of Waikiki which made the area much quieter yet still easily accessible. The views of Diamond Head from the balcony were beautiful. We could also see the water even though it wasn’t direct ocean front. We had free use of beach chairs and bikes which we utilized. Just a 5 minute drive to the base of Diamond Head gave us a fantastic view of the sunrise that even small tour buses seemed to use but there was plenty of room for everyone. A...

An absolutely beautiful place. Also the lobby is an incredibly gorgeous space.. between the two towers there’s a little coffee shop and a café and waterfalls it’s so beautiful! You’re sort of in your...

Great boutique hotel. Not as busy or noisy as some of the biggest resorts but has all the amenities and the location is great! Pool was beautiful and not packed.
Rooms are renovated and lobe the style. Housekeeping was great and my room was spotless every time I got home from my day out.
Staff was all helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay here again.
Its hard to read through so many reviews online and know which one to pick....but i am extremely happy that I chose the Wayfinder....

Just the best place. The staff goes above and beyond, and everything is beautifully appointed. Yoga in the garden was lovely, the Toto toilets are a great touch, the rooms are stunning and we can’t wait to come back. What a pleasure.
Shout outs to Yuki and Jerome at the pool work who hustle hard to keep everyone comfortable, and the team at the valet desk are charming and helpful - thank you everyone!

This resort was a sleeper for me, booked it because of location and the pictures and I was pleasantly surprised in a really good way, everything was great minus 2 things but not bad enough to change my 5/5 rating. The bathrooms are really small, like really small and the main restaurant is useless. The restaurant only serves a 7 course meal for everyone?? Always empty. All in all a great resort on Waikīkī Beach.
