Renovated room was great, very tidy. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Location was 10/10. Lifts were quick. Activities at the hotel were great, lots to choose from - just remember to book as places are limited. Pool is not heated and mostly quite deep. Balcony / lanai was small and very noisy from the street / aircon outlets below.

Location of this resort is amazing but the resort per se,rooms,facilities are nothing in comparison to the other resorts around. We stayed at Prince Waikīkī for the first couple of days and then came to stay at Sheraton for just one day towards the end and the kids absolutely felt the difference.Way too high priced for the service they offer .
