Don’t listen to bad reviews!! We had such great experiences with staff from the front desk asking us which area we would prefer our room to be in, to the cleaning crew always greeting us when passing them in the hall. Even though it’s a super busy hotel, it’s SO ORGANIZED. There were large groups everywhere in the lobby and yet, I never waited in line to get help! The Starbucks gets a long line (obv.) but the location is wonderful, the rooms were decent size (not small, but not huge), the pool has so many seating options, and being next door to the mall was a bonus!

We paid for an ocean view with a balcony. At arrival, we were told there were no rooms for us. WHAT? Reservations 3 months ago? Finally, they found us a room. But not with ocean view. Sliding door to balcony was bolted so to open only 4 inches. We asked for refund of that extra payment for view & balcony. All we got was a shrug and tough luck. The food in Cafe was okay. Best thing about this hotel is the elevator. It was fast and always available. Restaurant on 39th floor has excellent view but was extra noisy and very overpriced. We will never stay here again and plan to tell all our friends the same. UGH!

Booked a room with city view, but the window with the view was very dirty on the outside so we couldnt enjoy the view. Also the wondow could not be opened more than 5 inches

The rooms are extremely small and difficult to move around in, especially the bathroom. Noisy, rusty air conditioner. The reception area is gorgeous, but then you get to the rooms and feel like you've been sent to a different hotel. The Wrong one!! It's a wild transition. Dark hallways, dark small rooms. Tissues feel like sandpaper. It makes no sense. The price is way too high for what you get. It's a shame really.

I liked that I could walk to my conference. Staff were friendly and helpful. I did not like that at 5 or 6 am in the morning I heard beepers and some clinking in the hallway and later, the coffee tasted like cardboard. I had to throw it out.
