Fully equipped kitchen and very clean space for an older building, the unit itself had plenty of modern amenities and is beautifully renovated.

Just the best place. The staff goes above and beyond, and everything is beautifully appointed. Yoga in the garden was lovely, the Toto toilets are a great touch, the rooms are stunning and we can’t wait to come back. What a pleasure. Good

This was our first time in Hawaii and we originally wanted to book the Hilton hawaiian village, but there was a strike at the time and decided to change our plans. This hotel in the perfect location. A ton of shopping and food options surrounding the hotel. 2 restaurants and an ABC store on grounds. The pool was a bit small but great for kids. Our room was immaculate and had a beautiful 2 queen bed room with 2 walls of floor to ceiling windows with 2 balconies. I would recommend it to anyone.

The staff are the friendliest and most helpful I have ever experienced in a lifetime of travels. The resort was very clean and well kept. The location is convenient for reaching most of the island to sight see, shop, and go to venues for events. It is true the west side resorts would probably get a little more sun, but you can only be out in the sun so much, and those ones (Ko Olina) are quite remote from the other things I mentioned. Great location very business oriented in downtown location walking distance to grocery stores and restaurants. Night travellers should go in groups. Great hotel friendly staff.

We really enjoyed staying here for our vacation and would most definitely stay here again.... The Valet Service that the hotel offers, was impeccable, they are hard working and friendly and deserve a lot of accolades... The housekeeping staff as well as the kitchen staff were incredible as well. Our Family really loved staying at this hotel.

Nice offering of breakfast with free use of beach accessories. Staff was very friendly and very convenient to walk to the beach, shopping and restaurants. Would stay here again.

Very convenient location and friendly, helpful staff. Very nice touches with daily complimentary frozen mango, non-alcoholic beverages and shaved-ice treats offered up throughout the day.

Wonderful new hotel! Great 2 bedroom kitchenette with a view. Loved the whole ambiance and the modern amenities of the suite. The village store provided enough things to make a breakfast and morning tea. Would definitely stay here again.

Joshua was amazing at check in and very accommodating. She requested late check out and that was swiftly arranged by Brian. The bed was very comfortable and the hotel is close to everything.

We were offered a free upgrade to the 2 bedroom suite. The balcony was large and comfortable and the view was wonderful. The room was checked and tidied 2-3 times per day. The staff were cheerful.
