Prince Waikiki
10/10 Excellent
"Our room was spacious and comfortable and clean! The view was perfect, so when we were in our room, it was nice that we could sit comfortably and enjoy the beautiful view! The windows open, which is a great feature! The pools were lovely, such an added luxury! The hot tub was usually crowded. Prince Waikiki is a great location, too! It’s close enough to walk most places, or take a short Uber ride, and it’s not in the middle of the city. The restaurant had good food but the atmosphere wasn’t our favorite. Many people come for the buffet and so it doesn’t have that laid-back vibe. The staff is very kind and always helpful! If we go back to Oahu, we would love to stay there again!"

"Furniture is old, drawer cannot be closed. In general the facility is outdated but the room is spacious Free breakfast is good. One concern, there was an emergency evacuation at 1am on 10/19, everyone was asked to evacuate using the stairwell but my daughter is in the wheelchair which made it impossible to evacuate. We called front desk for assistance, no response. Fortunately it was a false alarm. We wonder Whats Hyatt protocol for disabled guests in case of emergency."

"some of the hallways had an odd smell and the rooms are VERY small. We traveled here on our homeymoon and they told us they were sending us something on our first morning and we never got anything. good location would definitely stay somewhere else our next trip!"

"We stayed with family. Three generations and something for everyone. The pools were great. Boys loved the lagoon beach. Just wish there was a less expensive sit down place for breakfast."
