The hotel staff was very professional and accommodating. They want above and beyond to solve difficulties. We got a ride to the post office from the man who runs the airport shuttle, who didn't have to do that. The biggest drawback is the $30 a night for parking.
It was very clean and nice. I liked that the fan went on all night instead of turning off and on. I didn't like the homeless outside. I wish it had a gym, even just a couple treadmills and weights. I would have rather had a view towards the mountain since the 'ocean view' was underwhelming for $20 ...
hotel didnt have our reservation and then checked us into a room that wasnt the one we had booked. After 4 hours on the phone to the company they then moved us to a different hotel as the one we booked was sold out. never book here
rooms were older but clean. had trouble with keys not working. asked for more coffee but only received extra 1 day of the 5. It was not easy pulling my large suitcase up the steps at 11 pm on night of arrival with airline delays, traveling for 22 hours by that point.
