The actual property condition is very run down. Rusty railings everywhere on the outside, and peeling paint inside the room. Even the refrigerator door has a portion of the surface peeling off. We were glad to get out of there after one night. Not worth the money. The staff seems very friendly otherwise.

I was desperate for a hotel after the world wide systems outage on Thursday night, the 18th of July. This hotel let me sit in the lobby until a room became available and let me check in early on Friday. Thanks again.

Despite a wonderful, helpful staff, the hotel was expensive for the quality. In other places I have stayed because of necessity in older, somewhat run down motels, but typically they cost as little as $50, not $250. I guess it's location, location, location.

The cost of the Hotel was great, The Guard rails of the property was rusty and waters was on the walkway that create a Slippery walkway. Waters was coming from the air condition.

The shuttle was very good and the drivers r very nice. Stand there n waited to checked it after a long trip and the 2 ladies were ignoring me for a good half hr. One young couple came n they helped them check them in n I was just about had enough of it I went up n approached them how I was waiting to be called up to the window for a half hr and someone else came n they helped them right away like I was invisible.the sitting area is where I spent most of my time at outside where the fire pit is at.if I could I would’ve slept next to the fire pit cause it looks more spacey and cleaner than the rooms.i will not recommend this place. Rooms are horrible and the ac is not even cold.people sitting infront of their doors where they ha e to get up n move so people can get to their doors! Very disappointed. Now I know not to come back here. The one lady at the front desk was nice n accommodate with the security deposit.thank you for that!

The room was not a suite. The twin bed had a dip where Everyone who stayed before me sat… not comfy. The shower condensation dripped on the ceiling on me. There was hair on the soffit and ceiling when we arrived. The a/c trash catching needed to be dumped. The furniture didn’t match and this didn’t feel like a start to our vacation. There should not be a “free shuttle “ advertised then be charged 23.95 for 3 amenities of which coffee and pool didn’t use or plan to use. The place really needs renovations and new paint ESPECIALLY with the cost of the room. Scarf across King bed was dirty. The towels left fuzzy lint on my skin. This hotel is for industrial workers coming in town not vacationers…a room deposit was held but there was no furniture nor appliance in the room worth $300. The basket of dirty sheets sat in front of the elevator the whole time we were there… Update your online pictures of your motel so the public can make informed decisions

The room was clean and the pool was great. There are some groceries available at reception. It is 2 min drive from the airport so while it is convenient for short overnight stopovers, it is not a place that you can walk to any attractions.
