"Outside was terrible and continuous rain and wind storms. Even with all that, the pool and hot tub outside on the 5th floor were really nice. We had to spend a lot of time in the lobby after checkout because of excursions being close because of the weather, beach condition, flight being delayed; actually a very nice lobby to hang out with the aquarium, the bar, roominess, and all the nice people. No problem with our room, parking, check in/out. Great staff everywhere. Whenever the stormy weather let, the entire city seemed to empty out onto the beach, then run back to their hotels when it returned."

"Convent location. Honestly, my kids talked about the breakfast the most. The loved the food. Eating outdoors on the patio area in the morning. That was great. Huge hit. Overall, for me, standard hotel for the area. Good marks all around. Helpful staff. Nice that they loan out boogie boards and such. We were in a small room…but that was on us. Make sure you get an appropriate sized rook for your group."

"Extremely dated facility, old musty smell to the room, breakfast food was poor, eggs were cold, items not refilled. The airport shuttle was extremely late and terribly overcrowded at pick up. Despite the hotel having guests arrive 10 minutes early for airport drop off, the shuttle was 15 minutes late in picking up guests for airport drop off. Overall experience was poor and would not recommend this hotel. "
