He was quick to help us and make us as comfortable as possible and we even cane back later to ask him for recommendations for food and things to do. He really went above and beyond for us. The hotel is older so it isn’t going to be a 5 star for the condition of the property and there was construction happening nearby which we were warned about previously while booking, but everything was clean and mostly in working order. We did have an issue on our last night with the tv. The volume button on our remote wasn't working and the tv volume was getting louder and louder so we ended up having to unplug the tv. But other than that everything and everyone there was great. The location was literally next door to the international market and a 4 minute walk to waikiki beach. We will definitely stay here again."
