"The staff was great! Always there to help you in and out of the hotel, very knowledgeable about the area, and always helpful with a smile 😃 The only thing, would be nice if there were microwaves in the room"

"I stay here often for work. I often use Honolulu as a stopover before continuing on to Asia, and I always stay here at the Pacific Marina Inn. The staff is always wonderful, they greet me by name, and IMO it's one of the only truly reasonably priced hotels in the whole Honolulu area. Plus, it's worth a lot that they have a free 24 hour airport shuttle that is always quick and convenient, and again the staff is always super pleasant and helpful. I'll always leave my friends at the Pacific Marina Inn a great review! I've said this before in previous reviews... You already know going into this that this is not the nicest hotel you'll ever stay at, but it's perfect for what it is and my rooms have always been clean, even if the building is older. What more can you want for a decent price! "
"The pool is separate from the adults' pool so that kids can have fun, and it even has a slide, which is great. There's also a Honolulu Coffee and cookie shop so you can take a quick break. I'd love to stay here again."
"The staff were stand-outs. They were exceptional in their service and aloha spirit.
Chan and Neicel at the front desk should be recognized for making this property stand apart. "
