Personnel pas à l’écoute et aucun geste d’upgrade alors qu’on était en lune de miel et qu’il y avait plein de chambres de libre. Piscine agréable. L’hôtel manque de charme … nous ne retrouvons pas le charme de Waikiki. C’est un hôtel très business.
