We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Imperial Hawaii Resort. We stayed in the Pam Suite and once we configured it for us, it worked perfectly. The staff (front desk, valet, housekeeping) was amazing and the rooms were clean. Enjoyed the amenities (ukulele lesson) and loved the proximity to the beach, shops, and heart of Waikiki.

There were no rooms available for 2 nights in a row so I purchased 2 separate rooms (wed- Thurs and then Thurs - Fri) Richard wanted to make sure that we didn’t have to check out and wait til the next room was ready, so he hooked us up to go from one room to the next.
