Staff were fantastic - courteous and responsive. The room was perfect and exactly as described. Loved having a balcony and windows that faced both Diamond Head and Waikīkī Beach. Perfect location.

The front desk was very helpful in finding us a better room, our original room was a little too small for two. Kryz was very kind and understanding. The pool and bar were great to watch the sunset from.

Staff were very courteous. The hotel itself is a little rough around the edges, but it’s serviceable. The location is great—though not on the beach, it is a short walk to a lovely part of Waikiki beach.

No parking, but I believe that is a Waikiki issue. The wanted us to pay $60/night for valet services. Room was okay. Bed was comfortable, but we noticed a lingering smell majority of our stay… almost like old water/water mold. Staff was okay.

Clean, spacious room in great location. Small fridge in room. Friendly staff. Things to note: rooms have kettles but not coffee makers or any complimentary tea or coffee. No pad of paper and pen. Only enough large bath towels to accommodate 1 per person, although you could use a pool towel if you needed extra. I would stay here again.
