"We really enjoyed our stay. We got the junior family suite, and it was great to have each pre-teen in their own bed and 2 bathrooms. A microwave and kettle would have been really nice, but otherwise the room suited us well. The hotel was lively, and we enjoyed the access to activities and beach equipment. Waikiki is so walkable, we didnt need a car. Really great visit."

"Came here for a wedding and decided to stay some days. Unfortunately I was a victim of domestic abuse & was assaulted .The staff was beyond exceptional & moved me into another room and helped me with my belongings. The security team came up to gather a report and make sure I was okay. I did not press charges but was presented the option. I will never forget how attentive and understanding everyone was. I want to thank John who is the angel that answered and sent me help. Joan was also so helpful as this person charged alcohol & food to my account without permission. The hotel kindly removed these charges. I hope to return to this amazing hotel."
