I was welcomed warmly with some fun little Hawaiian snacks (pineapple gummies and coconut cookies), and the continental breakfast had a wide selection and was the best I have had at a hotel chain.

Once we got in to the room it seemed clean until we noticed trash under the bed, such as an empty bottle of Gatorade. Also the room was really small for a family of 4. The ceiling felt low and hardly any space to move arund the room. Best part of the hotel it was walking distance from food and entertainment .

My room smelled very bad. The service was horrible. At 4:00 PM I had to remind the front desk that we had not had a room service yet. They were going to overcharge me for parking, and I caught their mistake and they gave me credit. Overal, I do not recommend this property to anyone. In the future, I would not stay there even if it was offered to me at hugely discounted price.

the original room was extremely small. We upgraded to a Suite which was $30.00 more per day. The room had visible nut shells under the front edge of the couch. The water in the shower was so hot, that it burned to rinse off. Parking was $45.00 per day. There was a $299.26 non-refundable deposit that I was not aware of.

This is a clean and modern property in a good location with friendly and efficient staff. Includes an adequate breakfast but rooms are small and a/c was noisy.
