« Séjour de 6 nuits, housekeeping très moyen , les draps n’ont pas été changés, il manquait tous les jours quelques choses, les verres, tapis de bain etc.. Room service catastrophique, des barquettes en carton, des couverts en plastique et du vin en canette alors que les plats étaient très bons !!! 150 € à 2 quand même !!! Bref très décevant sur le rapport qualité prix Emplacement parfait, à 2 mn de Ala Moana center, parking à 69 dollars !! 400 dollars la nuit, je pense qu’il y a mieux même si...

« Moisture in bathroom. No fan in bathroom. No late check out available. Little fridge was leaking first night, carpet seems dirty. Soundproofing terrible. I do not recommand. Arbnb so no service available from the hotel, Didn’t see it at first. »

« Cadre sympathique! Avons passé une bonne semaine mais il est dommage que le net n'était pas gratuit dans la chambre!Je recommande cet hotel aux voyageurs qui y vont pour du shopping seulement..Dans l'ensemble nous n'étions pas trop loin des activitées nocturnes que nous offre Waikiki!!Le parking par contre un peu étroit pour un van a 7places mais le prix était abordable!! »

« I felt very neglected. Stay was 8 nights with no services. Not even towel changes or amenities like conditioner, toilet paper &, lotions. No garbage bags. Rusty ice bucket. Wish I knew it was an air B&B before i arrived. Would have not booked it! Basically ruined our volleyball tournament/ family vacation 😢 »

« The condo itself was wonderful. Comfortable bed and in a great location. However the balcony is not small. It is tiny! And because they are working on it, we had no access to it. We couldn’t even open the door to it. There were instructions to operate the TV and get live programs. That didn’t work. The only way to watch virtually anything was to sign in to your own apps. We also tried to mirror our phones with the TV. That didn’t work either. »

« Il s'agissait de mon sixième voyage à Hawaii et c'est le plus mauvais rapport qualité prix de tous les hôtels que j'ai fréquenté jusqu'à maintenant sur l'île. Personne à l'"accueil il a fallu bataillé une heure avant d'avoir le contact nécessaire ( pompier de service) capable de joindre la personne qui aurait du être à l'accueil ! Pas de service n chambre a cause soi disant du COVID donc il fallait demander le nécessaire en serviettes et équipement des toilettes au fur bet à mesure et nettoyer...

« The apartment was great. It was plenty of room for 5 adults and 1 teen. The full kitchen was great and has everything we needed to cook meals. It was very neat and clean and even had all the small stuff I forgot like shampoo and body wash. Danielle was great and responded to my texts swiftly. The balcony was going to be closed, but plans changed and she was able to get the outside furniture put back out side right away after we checked in. We were right across the street from an abc store and...

"Séjour de 6 nuits, housekeeping très moyen , les draps n’ont pas été changés, il manquait tous les jours quelques choses, les verres, tapis de bain etc.. Room service catastrophique, des barquettes en carton, des couverts en plastique et du vin en canette alors que les plats étaient très bons !!! 150 € à 2 quand même !!! Bref très décevant sur le rapport qualité prix Emplacement parfait, à 2 mn de Ala Moana center, parking à 69 dollars !! 400 dollars la nuit, je pense qu’il y a mieux même si Honolulu est devenu extrêmement coûteux "
