« The apartment was great. It was plenty of room for 5 adults and 1 teen. The full kitchen was great and has everything we needed to cook meals. It was very neat and clean and even had all the small stuff I forgot like shampoo and body wash. Danielle was great and responded to my texts swiftly. The balcony was going to be closed, but plans changed and she was able to get the outside furniture put back out side right away after we checked in. We were right across the street from an abc store and...

« Très mauvais rapport qualité prix. L’hôtel est très propre et les installations sont biens et il est bien situé. Le service n’est pas à la hauteur. Il n’y a pas de fontaine à eau à chaque étage, vous êtes obligé d’aller au 8eme. La boulangerie de l’hôtel n’est finalement pas dans l’hôtel et elle est hors de prix. « The condo itself was wonderful. Comfortable bed and in a great location. However the balcony is not small. It is tiny! And because they are working on it, we had no access to it. We couldn’t even open the door to it. There were instructions to operate the TV and get live programs. That didn’t work. The only way to watch virtually anything was to sign in to your own apps. We also tried to mirror our phones with the TV. That didn’t work either. »

« Malgré l'état impeccable de la chambre et le confort du lit, je ne recommande pas du tout cet établissement. Nous avons attendu 2 heures dans le lobby avant d'avoir les clefs de la chambre. 2 heures! À ce qu'il semble, il y a eu un grand groupe de personnes n'ayant pas réservé qui est arrivé juste avant nous et chaque personne prenait environ 20 minutes aux (3, très peu nombreux) réceptionnistes. Il y aurait du y avoir un file pour les personnes qui avaient réservé en ligne et qui n'avaient...

« Séjour de 6 nuits, housekeeping très moyen , les draps n’ont pas été changés, il manquait tous les jours quelques choses, les verres, tapis de bain etc.. Room service catastrophique, des barquettes en carton, des couverts en plastique et du vin en canette alors que les plats étaient très bons !!! 150 € à 2 quand même !!! Bref très décevant sur le rapport qualité prix Emplacement parfait, à 2 mn de Ala Moana center, parking à 69 dollars !! 400 dollars la nuit, je pense qu’il y a mieux même si...
