The staff at the hotel were wonderful and attentive. The room and its features were wonderful and worth every penny.
Location was great. They offer drop off service but during our 5 night stay they couldn’t provide service once.
Clean spacious room, courteous staff, decent free breakfast
Excellent hotel! We’ll be back to Montreal in the summer. We won’t stay anywhere else. We were highly impressed with the staff, customer service, cleanliness, amenities... We had room service everyday, I even got a massage in our room - all at great prices. Love Omni!
Loved how clean iT was. Did not like the restaurant. Very small menu & expensive. It should have both affordable and expensive dishes.
The location and price was convenient for my time.
It’s the most comfortable bed I have slept in so far! Just amazing! But the small fridge did not work properly and it took a little while for the room to warm up. Overall it was nice.
