Anyone walking in the rooms around you can hear. The area didn’t feel safe as well

Staff were very friendly. Received a little goody bag upon arrival. Room is small but very clean. Garage Parking is available just a few yards from hotel. Also, Metro stop is a short walk from hotel. Wish that fresh brewed coffee would be available at breakfast. There was only decaf. The business center has a coffee machine but only offered flavored coffees. Lastly, need more surface space in room. I used the ironing board to place my personal items. Great room for the price and I would stay again-and bring coffee.

Room was tiny. Wow i mean super tiny. I upgraded to a bigger room and it was still tiny, not much larger than a queen sized bed. And that for 40$. Will I go back? NO. On positive note, parking nearby was only 9$.

I walked in and was immediately greeted by staff. They were so nice and so helpful. The room however was smaller than the pictures make it look, but I was fine with that. But the room was dirty. The phone was dirty, the bed had a stain, the bathroom wasn’t completely cleaned and the bathroom door had stains on the bottom of it. Cleanliness was a huge thing I was disappointed in.

Very clean! Excellent staff. Bilingual. Older building, so not soundproof but not too noisy. Bed was very comfortable! Did not have the complementary bkfst so don’t know if vegan or not. Parks, busy neighbourhood, but not loud. I will stay here again.
