Overall the hotel was good. Great location and quiet. Staff was wonderful. Rooms could use some work though. The ac in our room was leaking and left a large wet area in the rug in front of the bathroom. We alerted staff and they sent maintenance to fix the leak and dry the carpet. It was fine for a bit but the next day the leak had returned. Also our room had a balcony but no furniture to sit outside. Also the balcony was a bit dirty and had a horrible view of another building. Also, our room didn’t seem very clean. I noticed multiple cobwebs hanging from the ceiling. The pool area was really nice. Overall I probably would not select this hotel again.

Great location, average size room, comfy mattress, but uncleaned room, soaked carpet from AC unit leak, empty shower gel/shampoo bottles and noisy shower head (we could even hear the same noise from room next door).

Stayed at the hotel for 10 days during the jazz festival. Got woken up so many times to the sound of a wookie in the wall. I don't know what is up with the pipes in the building, but they made horrible moaning racket late at night and early in the morning if any of our neighbors used any water. Ruined an otherwise pleasant stay.
