"First, it was valet. It was not organized at all. They supposed to been training a new hire and it wasn't being done properly. They kept getting the cars mixed up. Then it was the room. The sheets on the pullout had not been changed. The ones from the previous stays was still on there. Thirdly, the temperature in the room would never get cold. It was hard to sleep when you're sweating half the night. "
