The property was probably a great boutique hotel but is now being converted to Marriot no hot water but fixed in 24 hours toilet not functioning well but the staff and service was excellent and on trolley line for convenience

I liked this hotel and area. Staff was nice and hotel was nice. I was disappointed they didnt have a fridge or microwave but the room itself was good

Staff were all wonderful…… but that cannot compensate for no hot water for a day, broken ac, broken door handles. Hotel is being renovated for Marriott and the balance of rooms have not been kept up. Not even a pen and paper in the desk. This hotel was recommended to us as it USED to be great. We received a voucher for a one night refund but would have preferred a more comfortable stay.

The hotel did have some wear and tear, but it is now under renovation. The room could’ve been a bit cleaner. The staff at the hotel desk, and at the bar restaurant were excellent, friendly and knowledgeable. Parking service was good and security seemed good.
