The staff was very accommodating and their customer service impeccable. It’s in the garden district so it’s easily walkable. We had the queen double room with the canopy beds. The room was spacious and the beds were perfect. There is a little cafe across the street which was very handy. The food was awesome. I highly recommend this property if you’re planning a trip to New Orleans. Oh and it’s down the street from the Buckner Mansion. A lovely building and super friendly staff. We had a double room with balcony, but the balcony was disappointing as you had to duck under a window to get onto the balcony and the furniture out there was very basic with no cushions like the photos. Also breakfast is only coffee, juice and a single type of pastry so not really a full continental breakfast.
