Amazing

Connection to Casino

Room was very clean, amazing view, friendly and helpful check in staff. Room amenities were lacking (only a fridge, no microwave, no kettle/coffee maker). Lobby had microwave, hot water, coffee and tea all free but not as convenient as in your room. Jacuzzi tub was clean and fully functional.

Incredible spa, dining service's and staff are fantastic. Such a relaxing atmosphere. Definitely recommend 👌

The staff is excellent! Sandra and Sandi were great and very hospitable. Housekeeping and kat are very friendly and helpful

The hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. They did their best to assist with any requests. It would be even better if a discounted parking rate were available, as the parking access road is quite narrow and a bit difficult to navigate.

Nice hotel! Good location, parking included is also very convenient. Close to everything.

I love the location and the cleanliness of the property. It is a very convenient and safe area.

The staff is very nice I like it here

I like that property upgraded my room to convenient 2 bed as I made a change to my reservation from 2 adults to 2 adults and 2 kids a month before. after arriving we were happy to see our room with 2 beds, sofa and huge bathroom on 26 floor. Restaurants were good and tasty specially Watermark, best restaurant I’ve ever been with nice atmosphere and outstanding view. What’s more important that Corso restaurant and Watermark had gluten free food as we had celiac disease person with us. Thank you...

Always nice to have a good view out of the window!

It was a great at Double tree. Good location and kind staff. Stayed 3 nights at different hotels and this was the best.

The tv is a little bit hair raising especially for us that are not tech savy

We enjoyed this hotel for the price and quality. Rooms were very comfortable and clean, breakfast was great, staff was excellent. Close to everything and easilycwalkable to restaurants, shops and all attractions.

Hotel had newly renovated rooms. Carpet was clean. Room was a very nice size - quite large, with a modern shower and tub. The hotel's location was very convenient being very close to Clifton Hill. Lots of parking made it very easy. We enjoyed the pool which was also very clean. All staff we encountered were friendly. Would definitely come back!

Beautiful clean rooms with excellent bed- they have robes & nice toiletries and glassware
