"Every thing was great. The rooms were nice and cozy. Very close to the village. I wish the owner could provide hair dryers in both washroom. The shower room upstairs has no shelf to put shampoo and body wash. The rooms were clean but we found someone’s grown hanging in the main bathroom."

"Excellent rental. The place was very clean and neat. Provided all the necessary requirements and utensils to have a great stay. Check-in and check-out was very easy. Plenty of parking on the property. The village and activities were just a short drive.away. Would definitely recommend!"
"The title says it all. The place wasn't clean. We found several cockroaches during our 2 day stay. Dishes were tucked away inside the cupboards, unwashed from whenever the last guests stayed there. Cleaning practices are questionable at best. Great location, poorly upkept. Not worth the money."

"Weekend stay. Carbon monoxide detector had dead batteries. Possibly because the room temperature was set to 10c when we got there. So it took time to warm up. Everything else was great. Thank you."

"The studio was small but we were expecting that. The recent renovations made it look very nice. However the quality of the workmanship was somewhat questionable - almost like updates were done quickly as the finishing touches were not done well (eg. trim). "Great location that's near many of the major attractions near the Falls! The staff is friendly and attentive, and the breakfast options are always fully stocked and organized. The Wi-Fi works great as well. It's on the bus route, so getting around is easy if you have the Niagara Parks Wonder Pass. If you want to eat or get souvenirs, everything is either across the street or just a few doors down."

"The stay was wonderful! The staff were so friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and spacious. When I called the desk asking for extra coffee, they brought some up right away.
I only have 2 complaints unrelated to staff because they were wonderful.
1) the heat is centralized heat and could not get it below 76. So hard to sleep and made room really dry
2) the pool was too cold to go in"
