The ground floor was fairly quiet except for the footsteps of people staying above. Kitchen was fairly well equipped. There was no oven or stovetop so they had a toaster oven and hot plate instead. The Hartley Tavern - terrace dining for dinner was perfect. Both sites had quality food the presentation and taste was delicious and amazing. Shout out to the chefs! All meals are pricy in the town. The Accoustic Grill - terrace evening live music Sandbanks were just as we remembered them except how busy it was reservations are a must.
