I love the simplicity of how the staff get things done. The cleaners to the Front Desk were amazing. Only gripe was the air conditioner was very noisy, but we could see the fireworks clearly from our window and we were steps away from all the fun. I will come back again.

Hotel itself was fine, breakfast was an added charge as was parking at $17/ night - which was very limited and we ended up having to park in an 15 min loading space as all normal spots were filled and front desk said to park in the loading spots instead. Signs at front desk said to take all valuables from car, area didn’t appear to be super good for safety. We had a room with Jacuzzi, it was nice and clean and very large. Bed was very comfortable and good pillows though and for a night worked well for us.

Staff was friendly, room and hotel environment was clean, fairly quiet. Parking was a little high priced in my opinion for only a one night stay especially when already paid a high amount for the room and no breakfast was included that was going to be an additional high cost, so we opted out of that choice. The only other complaint was that the bath towels are very short/small.

I got a king bed and was put on first floor. Very small, felt like a jail cell, next to elevators and ice machine so very noisy. My sister paid the same price and got an entire suite on a different floor. Not worth money.

For the money it was clean. Could use new mattress it was a little uncomfortable. Staff was great! The breakfast looked great although I could not eat it due to a health problem. Very close to Clifton Hill and the Niagara Falls. You can ride the WeGo bus to get around to the different locations. Thanks for the good memories
