It was not our first visit to this particular hotel. We love the location, the friendly staff ( eSpecially the lady in the breakfast room!), all very accommodating helping with handicapped needs, and the pool which we, unfortunately, didn’t have time to use The hotel is very outdated - the floors are very worn and not even from one surface to another. The elevator especially has a problem with the floor, my son twisted his ankle and wrenched his knee while getting out of the elevator. We also witnessed a maintenance worker struggling to get a cart over the higher floor level.

This hotel is in a great location - walking distance to Niagara Falls and eateries, and the lady that checked us in was very kind; however... the rooms, halls, and elevator are very old, dated, and not very clean. It did not smell good. There were dust balls and dust strings hanging from the wall in our room, and the bathroom shower needed a good scrubbing. These rooms need a major renovation.

Of all the hotels I stayed in, Quality Inn Fallsview was among the worst. My room had a very unpleasant odor. The flooring, which thankfully was not carpet, was pealing from water damage. The wallpaper was old, and the bathroom vanity was missing tiles. The thinly padded mattress and the thin fabric covering it were thrift store quality. The free breakfast was pallet to palette food. I did have positive experiences. On my fifth day, was lucky to have a housekeeper that knew how to clean a room. Aside from the person who assigned me the smelly, outdated room, staff were always available and pleasant. I requested a room with a view. Since I arrived on a Tuesday and the hotel was not full, I had high hopes. The view from my room was of a noisy parking lot in need of a date with a pressure washer. I would not stay there again and would not recommend it. It was a sore spot of a beautiful vacation.

It is a convenient place to stay, really close to the falls. Walking 5-15 minutes to the main attractions and bus stops. The breakfast is worth for what you pay. I couldn't try the jacuzzi and pool, but it looks comfy.

The hallways and elevators reeked of vinegar the entire time I was there. The housekeeping was terrible. The bathroom in particular was so clogged that it wouldn't drain. They ignored the resort fee I paid in advance to Expedia and charged me separately.
