"This was my second time at BlackRock as it's a beautiful resort right on the ocean. The hot tub was not as clean as I would expect for this high end resort also the hot tub hours are 10:00- 9pm and there is no "adult only hour" so it was pretty full of little ones and squishy which wasn't super enjoyable. I would also suggest check in be at 4pm as 5 pm is a bit late. Other then that everything was perfect."

"Overall, our stay was good! Check-in was smooth, and the room was beautiful - although quite dusty on the tables, side tables, and countertops. The bathroom was great though. We were encouraged to make a breakfast reservation and had amazing service with the gentleman who helped us (didn't catch his name). "A great pet friendly hotel. My cat is happy to stay in here. The carpet is a little bit dirty, and toliet paper hasn’t changed. Beside this, it is a good hotel for the people who has pet."

"Doesn't look too god from the outside, but rooms are well maintained. Nice people at the desk, standard budget room (but with fridge and microwave), and the free breakfast was far above my expectations- the breakfast room is very comfortable (cafe like) and staff is very friendly and helpful."
