"Great staff and facilities. Only complaint was the shower in the room. The knob is extremely counter intuitive to get the faucet running (Pull outwards to get water). Pulling it also requires so much force it feels like we might break something. "

"Seamless location, somewhat midpoint between dundas square and union station. This is made better by its direct connection to "The PATH" underground walkway. The rooms are clean and spacious. The staff are accommodating. The attached cafe is pretty pleasant, with plenty to offer. Even better if you have the VIP perks via Expedia. While they have valet parking, there is no in-person parking options onsite. That's not a real issue as there are nearby garages less than 5 minutes away."

"Great wildlife in the back of hotel for walking around, and has a Resort feel. I like the pool tables underground for an evening activity. Pool was nice but they need more chairs and up keep could be better."
