Friendly and helpful front desk and concierge but house keeping staff not great- did not clean tub, replace towels, empty trash bin, etc. Very spacious rooms with kitchenette. But almost no lobby, had noisey room and many small things broken. But overall very nice and would try it again.
Beautiful Building, very charming, great friendly staff and perfect location in old Montreal, with in walking distance of everything you need. My only complaint was the parking. Parking is not included in the room price and at $36 a night, it's a little steep.
