We loved our stay at Sonolux, it was very clean, the room was a great size and the bed was extremely comfy. Great location, easy to walk everywhere. Definitely will be coming back and highly recommend!!

Great Location ! It was within walking distance to all sights , Notre Dame Basilica , Jacques Cartier/Porte vioux area shopping and restaurants … Hotel staff were l friendly and very informative..extra bonus , the hotel has a speak easy with entertainment most nights Only downside was No on site parking but a Public Parking lot is just across the street , approximately $25-30/ night….

I loved this hotel. It’s in a wonderful location at the north end of Old Montréal and my room was beautiful, well-designed and quiet. The basement bar is nice and the continental breakfast is worth the $15 price tag. The lobby/restaurant staff were great. I would definitely stay here again.

What a wonderful place! The room was very well thought-out and functional, everything extremely clean and well cared-for. The video art exhibitions were so creative - we enjoyed taking the time to sit and savor the show on each floor. The staff were super helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. And the bonus for us was Subterra. What a wonderful restaurant with outrageously good food, excellent live jazz, and a lovely warm atmosphere.

The room was great, spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom was wonderful! Good location. Only negative was that a restaurant and bar was advertised but it was not open; we were there on a Monday and it is only open Wednesday-Saturday. It was a major factor in choosing the hotel, so we were disappointed. The advertisement needs to be clarified.
