Went for our 30th anniversary trip loved the deluxe 1 brm chalet last stayed in the chalet on our 8th anniversary. Can't wait to go back!

Simply the best night we’ve had away in a long time. The cabins are cozy. The food is amazing and the staff are fantastic! I would love a week here. 10/10 recommend!

Very cosy, allowed you to disconnect from the world for a weekend

Amazing staff! Clean room. Love the jacuzzi and steam room to unwind the day. The location is great as it’s minutes away from Lake Louise and YOHO National Park. The breakfast is good too. Comes with 3 hot food, cereals, pastries, bread, bagel and make-your-own-waffle. They also have self-service laundry room too.

Very charming bungalows. Kitchenette included microwave, kettle, coffee maker and mini-fridge. Utensils, dishes, dish towels and detergent are available. Tea, coffee, oatmeal and nutrigrain bars are provided for easy breakfast. Ask for ice at front office. Though the days were hot (30C), the nights were cool. Awesome experience

Staying at top of the hill is a great experience. Overall service was good but on the first night (Friday) service was pretty poor (long) at the bar and food at Eagle restaurant was not great. The lounge side restaurant on Saturday night was a lot better and service at restaurant and bar on Saturday night was much better.

I loved staying here, and i would stay again whenever i get another chance to travel out west.

great spot - slightly removed from the business of Banff. Be prepared, they do not have a elevator (they certainly will help with bags and main floor rooms can be requested). The rooms could use a refresh. The view outstanding. They have free parking, use of bikes, will loan you bear spray back packs, and have a shuttle (we found very handy). We totally enjoyed dinner at their bistro. The service was kind, informative and attentive (amid a large wedding party)! Our server knew the area...

Best hotel I have ever stayed

The staff were exceptional and professional. We stayed for one night and enjoyed all the ameneties: hot tub, cold plumge, complimentary smores, and breakfast! It would be nice if there is a hot pool in the roof top and jacuzzi. But everything else is perfect!
