"The only problem is that it was hard to find the office;
they should have let us know that we had to go to the office. We were looking for the condo for half an hour"

"Location is perfect. Condo is updated. Staff pleasant and helpful. Negatives are the bedrooms are very small with no closet or dresser. Also, the delivery trucks for the grocery are right below the rooms and the trash / recycle truck comes nearly every morning by 8 for multiple loads. The hot tubs were broken the entire time we were there, so that was disappointing. The closest free parking is about a 7 minute walk."

"Beautiful hotel with amazing view of Rockies mountains. The hot pool was super nice especially after a long day hike. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend! "

"Very nice accommodations! The hotel restaurant was excellent, we wound up eating 75% of our meals there sitting outside with the unbelievable view of the mountains, too. Even though Hotel Canoe is the furthest Uptown, the walk to Downtown is super easy, and the transit shuttle picks up right across the street if you don't wish to walk. We will definitely stay there again...just make sure to upgrade your RSVP to a room with unobstructed views of the mountains. AAA"

"My wife and I are always cautious when places do not have a lot of good reviews or very few, as we have had bad experiences in the past. This place did not have many reviews but we decided to give it a chance. Incredibly breathtaking is all we can say. The room was amazing, the view was postcard worthy, and everyone at the property was great! We would highly recommend this place to anyone and can’t not wait to stay here again. Thanks again for being a great host. "

Nestled at the crossroads of Banff National Park, Castle Junction offers spectacular views of Castle Mountain and prime wildlife spotting along the Bow Valley Parkway. Rent a canoe at nearby Moraine Lake to paddle turquoise waters, or ask rangers which hiking trails have fewer people during summer months.
Simply the best night we’ve had away in a long time. The cabins are cozy. The food is amazing and the staff are fantastic! I would love a week here. 10/10 recommend!

Amazing staff! Clean room. Love the jacuzzi and steam room to unwind the day. The location is great as it’s minutes away from Lake Louise and YOHO National Park.
The breakfast is good too. Comes with 3 hot food, cereals, pastries, bread, bagel and make-your-own-waffle. They also have self-service laundry room too.

Very charming bungalows.
Kitchenette included microwave, kettle, coffee maker and mini-fridge. Utensils, dishes, dish towels and detergent are available. Tea, coffee, oatmeal and nutrigrain bars are provided for easy breakfast. Ask for ice at front office.
Though the days were hot (30C), the nights were cool. Even though there was no air conditioning, it was still comfortable for sleeping. A fan is available if you need extra air circulation.

Staying at top of the hill is a great experience. Overall service was good but on the first night (Friday) service was pretty poor (long) at the bar and food at Eagle restaurant was not great. The lounge side restaurant on Saturday night was a lot better and service at restaurant and bar on Saturday night was much better.

great spot - slightly removed from the business of Banff. Be prepared, they do not have a elevator (they certainly will
help with bags and main floor rooms can be requested). The rooms could use a refresh. The view outstanding. They have free parking, use of bikes, will loan you bear spray back packs, and have a shuttle (we found very handy).
We totally enjoyed dinner at their bistro. The service was kind, informative and attentive (amid a large wedding party)! Our server knew the area...

I recently stayed at Moose Hotel for my wedding and had a wonderful experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with comfortable beds that ensured a good night's sleep. I particularly enjoyed the amenities, such as the pool and fitness center, which added to our overall enjoyment. The location was also convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. I would definitely recommend Moose...

The staff were exceptional and professional. We stayed for one night and enjoyed all the ameneties: hot tub, cold plumge, complimentary smores, and breakfast! Our guest service people Anna and Dan were so kind. Ben from the Happy Camper was also welcoming and hospitable. Thank you so much. I will be back!
