"Loved the location of the property. Walking distance to Main Street and lots of shops and restaurants. Also it was nearby local trails and a short drive to Banff. Property felt brand new, little to no wear and tear. Kitchen was fully equipped. We were a family of 4 and had a 1 bedroom. Next time, ..."

"How nice and newly renovated place but draw back is the bed way too soft and it creaks so loud it sounded it was going to fall apart and the corners of the bed is too tight that you bump into it all the time and I got bruises."
"It was nice and quiet, even though they are doing renovations. It is looking great. They did downgrade us a week or so before we arrived from a King to a double Queen room, butthat was okay. We ended up using a foam mattress topper as the bed was a tad firm - but that is more a matter of personal preference. It is walkable to several places (Chez Francois is the place to go for breakfast), which is good as Northwinds doesn't have its own dining establishment. It was a good price compared to other hotels/motels. We would stay here again."

"Hotel is in a great location, well maintained and clean. We had a loft room. Very nice. There was a continuous sounds of what seemed like a running generator all night from somewhere outside.
Excellent and courteous check in when we were 2 hours early.
Breakfast at the farm and fire was not great. Food ok but service very lacking. We seemed to have the bartender serving us. She missed part of our order. Food delivered by someone else and finally flagged someone to finish the order 5 minutes later. No coffee or pop refills offered. Not impressed at all. Went to Tim Hortons after breakfast
Way better places for breakfast "
